Error description

• When using the IBM Rational License Key Administrator (RLKS)
  Administration and Reporting Tool (ART) to generate reports on
  license usage, Rational Asset Manager may not be available for
  license reporting.
  
  The ART does not collect data on 2 specific Rational Asset
  Manager types:
  ibmrameepftok -- IBM Rational Asset Manager Enterprise Edition
  Publisher
  ibmrameecftok -- IBM Rational Asset Manager Enterprise Edition
  Collaborator

Problem conclusion

• This issue has been fixed in 8.1.4.4 release of RLKS
  Administration and Reporting tool.
  Upgrade to 8.1.4.4 release to avail this fix.
