APAR status

Error description

• Starting with v. 8.0.1.2 and above, ClearQuest is locking the
  wrong database and not unlocking it after updating user database
  properties when creating a copy of database as a mirror of
  another.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Copy an existing set of MS Access database to another location
  - Create a new connection in CQ Maintenance tool to the copied
  schema repository
  - Update this connection in the Maintenance tool using "Schema
  Repository -> Update -> Selected connection" and set the DB
  Parameters to the copied schema repository.
  - Open the CQ-Designer and update the userdb properties to the
  copied user database
  After saving the userdb properties the userdatabase of the
  source is locked, so it is necessary to unlock it manually.
