Error description

• A datasource that utilizes the XQE parameter
  mdx.suppression.DatasourceAppliesImplicitNonEmpty=true can cause
  extra empty rows/columns to appear on the report.  This setting
  is preventing Null suppression from working.  The difference is
  changing calculated members from defined as 'NULL' to defined as
  '1.0'. When these members are defined as '1.0', that seems to
  cause extra rows of output.  with member [Time Period: Incurred
  YTD].[XQE_T_CM1] as 'NULL' ...  vs   with member [Time Period:
  Incurred YTD].[XQE_T_CM1] as '1.0' ...
