  01.JES Job Monitor (JMON) enhancement to tag threads and show
     JES type.
  02.The IRZCLCNV XML conversion module of Rational Developer for
     System z (RDz) Enterprise Service Tools (EST) is not
     reentrant.
  03.Rational Developer for System z log gathering tool treats
     .dstore*.txt as UTF8, while these files are EBCDIC, thus
     garbling the data.
  04.z/OS 2.1 no longer allows bypassing BPX.SERVER with UID 0.
     So RDz (Rational Developer for System z) no longer supports
     the UID 0 scenario.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.JES Job Monitor (JMON) enhancement to tag threads and show
     JES type.
  02.IRZCLCNV is now reentrant.
  03..dstore*.txt is now treated as EBCDIC
  04.RDz no longer supports using UID 0 to bypass the BPX.SERVER
     permit requirement.
