Error description

• This problem was reported after installing the patch 7.1.0.7.003
  on AIX and Linux
  (on top of 7.1.0.7.002 although it might not be relevant).
  
  Error message reported:
  'Unexpected result. Operation failed for unknown reason'
  
  Different behaviours were reported after installing the patch
  7.1.0.7.003:
  -Synergy Java sessions in web mode did not start and returned
  the error message above.
  -Synergy Java sessions started but a Show Project failed with
  the error message above.
  
  The problem might not happen with all the databases that were
  patched. Just a few of them could have the problem.
  
  A trace of the backend sessions, when starting a web mode
  client, showed some problems updating some libraries (such as
  csetlib.a) in $CCM_HOME/log/uidb/XXX where XXX is the database
  name on the server.
  (for example, csetlib.a could have the permissions 444 and so
  could not be replaced by the new one from the patch).
  
  To solve the problem:
  1) Stop the CCM Web server deamon.
  
  2) Delete the directory $CCM_HOME/log/uidb/XXX on the Synergy
  server where the CCM Web server deamon is running.
  Where XXX is the name of the database.
  
  3) Restart the CCM Web server deamon.
