Error description

• User clicks "Maintain - Extended Dim 1 Structure - Define". User
  makes a change. An error occurs.??The error does not occur for
  all users. The administrator user (for example ADM) can perform
  this task successfully.
  

Local fix

• Use an unrestricted (administrator) account, for example ADM.

  the ÔÇ£Maintain/Rights/Security GroupsÔÇ? menu do no longer have
   an impact on a userÔÇÖs rights to maintain the respective struc
  tures. If a user should not have any rights to maintain structur
  es, the limitations should be applied through the Security Group
   ÔÇ£MenusÔÇ? or, in applicable cases, through the ÔÇ£LockÔÇ? fun
  ctionality for the specific menu.
