PI21273: OPENPAGES SOLUTIONS HELPER CALLED RCSA ALIGNMENT HELPER RESETS STATUS OF ALL PROCESSES, RISKS, AND CONTROLS UNDER THE ENTITY

Error description

• The RCSA Alignment Helper resets the status of all processes,
  risks, and controls under the business entity assessed rather
  than those scoped for assessment.
  
  The following steps were used to replicate the reported issue:
  
  1. Use the RCSA Launch utility to create an assessment
  2. Launch the RCSA Alignment Helper on the created assessment
  3. Remove a process from the assessment using the RCSA
  Alignment Helper
  4. Save and start the Assessment
  5. Note that status of all processes, risks, and controls under
  the assessed business entity including those scoped out from
  the assessment is reset
  
  Correct outcome: only processes, risks, and controls under the
  risk assessment should reset status to Awaiting Assessment.
