PI20780: 10.2.1 QUERY SERVICE CLEAR CACHE JOB MUST BE RUN EVERY 2 HOURS TO KEEP ENVIRONMENT FROM CRASHING.

Error description

• Query service clear cache job must be run every 2 hours to keep
  environment from crashing. This job was owned by a user that was
  no longer with the company. When his credentials did not
  function any longer the job failed and the customer experienced
  high memory usage with the Query service Java. Once this job was
  re-created with a new user the environment became stable again
  and memory did not grow like it did when clear cache job was not
  running.
