  Numeric class tests were optimized in a way that would break the
  inlining of PERFORM statements when the PERFORM statement
  directly precedes the numeric class test or the PERFORM statemen
  statement has a numeric class test as a condition in the UNTIL
  phrase (eg. PERFORM X UNTIL Y IS NUMERIC.).
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was fixed to not attempt to optimize numeric class
  tests in a way that could break the inlining of PERFORM
  statements.
