  Problem description:
  
  In pre-deployment tasks, in a manual step, the buttons to
  Finish/Skip/Fail the task are missing.
  
  This happens if you have added a comment to the Task, and you
  have selected the wrong button to save the comment.
  
  There are two save buttons, one for the Comment and one for the
  task itself.
  
  If you only clicked the button to save the Comment you will have
  no problem.
  
  If you clicked the button to save the Task then the buttons for
  the task will be missing.
  

Local fix

• When adding a comment to a manual task, save it using the Save
  button for the comment, not the one for the Task.
