PI20274: CLEARQUEST CLIENT LISTS TABS AS A SINGLE ROW, WHILE DESIGNER SHOWS STACKED ROWS

Error description

• ClearQuest designer displays form tabs in multiple stacked rows
  but the client displays them in one long row or stacked
  differently, depending on window size.  In record types that
  have forms containing many tabs, but specific dimensions for
  form objects, this creates excess white space (if full sized).
  The customer sees this behavior as defective because it makes
  the form look different than it does in the designer (ignores
  form properties of height/width and creates a lot of blank
  space) and negatively impacts the user experience.  This is a
  problem with the RCP Client and CQWeb.

Problem conclusion

• After analysis of this APAR, we have determined we won't fix
  this issue due to it's low priority/severity.  A priority
  decision has been made that this defect cannot be addressed in
  the next 18 months without neglecting issues of higher
  importance and less risk.  Thank you for your understanding.
