Error description

• Creating and deleting application environments and provisioning
  machines through the IBM UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) built-in
  connector to IBM Smart Cloud Orchestrator (SCO), causes
  Urbancode Deploy to leak memory.
  Over time, the heap usage of UCD grows as memory is leaked and
  eventually exhausts the available heap space and goes out of
  memory.
