Rational Build Forge Interim Fix 3 for 8.0.0.2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a custom template is created all projects that are run
  (even ones assigned to other custom templates) will use the last
  created custom template overriding the default templates as
  well.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1.  Create 2 projects
  2.  Assign a group to the jobs notification types
  3.  Create a custom job start template and assign it to one of
  the two jobs
  4.  Start the job that is not assigned in the custom template
  5.  Receive email.  It will have the custom template in it
  instead of the default template that it should have

• No known work around or fix currently.
