PI20007: Passwords with special characters are not submitted correctly when an external namespace is used for authentication for MSAS

Error description

• In MSAS passwords with special characters like ? and ? are not
  being submitted correctly when an external namespace is used for
  the user authentication for the data source in cognos
  connection.  If the password (with the special character) is
  submitted manually when connecting to the data source this works
  fine, but if this is submitted via the namespace after logging
  to Cognos connection automatically then this is not done
  correctly and the user is prompted to enter his user and
  password information again which then works fine.
