Error description

• When you are trying to copy (CTRL+C) and then paste (CTRL+V),
  the properties of a file in IBM Rational ClearCase ClearTeam
  Explorer (CTE), you will find that it does not work.
  
  The behavior is the same for both web and dynamic views.
  
  This issue occurs in ClearCase 8.0.1.0 and later versions.  The
  issue does not occur in 8.0.0.x or 7.1.2.x.
