Error description

• Creating a DojoRadioGroup widget with disabled = true the widget
  label incorrectly responds to an onClick event and changes the
  selected radio button.
  
  Adding the disabled = true property to the
  DojoRadioGroupSample.egl while the check boxes are correctly
  disabled the label selection checks the box of the option
  selected. Additionally the event output is always fired every
  time the label is selected.
