PI19386: prompt macro in data source object in Framework Manager causes multiple prepares and disables parameter marker usage in SQL

Error description

• When a data source object in framework Manager uses a prompt
  macro with token it can cause two side effects with respect to
  database access. one is preventing any usage of parameter
  markers in SQL statements and the other is mutliple prepares
  during query planning.
