Error description
A Framework Manager Project consisting of several linked segments. One of the linked segments is missing or has moved. When a modeler opens the master project, a "Locate Missing File" dialog is displayed. If the user chooses 'Cancel' a warning is thrown indicating "Not all segments could be loaded..." and "Do you want to continue to open the project". User selects OK and the project is loaded but only the segments up to the missing one are displayed in the Project Viewer. For example, if the Master project contains 5 linked segments and the 3rd project is missing, then only the first 2 projects will be visible in Project Explorer.
Local fix
Save the master project and re-open it. All non-missing linked segments will be loaded.
