APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After 10 SMS notifications are sent, the 11th one onwards are
  not dispatched to the SMS gateway. Worklight Server needs to be
  restarted to begin dispatch again. After restart, another batch
  of 10 can be send.

• Restart Worklight Server

Problem conclusion
