Error description

• Android and IOS logger record timestamp with 12-hour timestamp
  format rather than 24-hour timestamp format.  This results in
  problems sorting the log entries in third-party tools.

Problem conclusion

• Worklight SDK logger function now records individual log entry
  timestamps in 24-hour format so third-party sorting of log
  entries by timestamp preserves the original recorded order of
  the log calls.
