  *                      a message broker execution group is     *
  *                      waiting for work.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  An abend 0E0-0000002B occurs in CSQMCFWU when it tries to use
  an ALET but that address space has been swapped out.
  The address space was a message broker execution group address
  space that was using Content-Based Filtering.
  Worker tasks wait in CSQBSRV, like in a get-wait, when
  processing a lpiSPIRequestWork (QRPL_SPIREQ). CSQMCFWU has been
  invoked by CSQMCFTK to post a worker task with 'no message
  available' when there has been no work for it to do for 30
  seconds.
  During this 30 seconds the address space was swapped out.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMCPRH and CSQMCUWT have been altered to set the broker
  execution region non-swappable when Content-Based Filtering
  starts.
