APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Breakpoints are added to the breakpoints tab during debugging.
  When CICS transaction is reentered the breakpoints are
  recalled. When removing the breakpoints from the tab they are
  still recalled when restarting the transaction. Unable to
  remove the breakpoints set during debugging session.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Users who have CICS programs and set breakpoints in their
  debugging session of the debugger may be affected by this issue.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The IBM debugger fails to remove previously removed breakpoints
  when attempting to debug a new session of a CICS program.
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue has now been fixed in the debugger.
