Error description

• Assignment of ephemeral ports for UDP sockets is not honoring
  the port reservations statements in the TCPIP profile.  Ports
  reserved in the TCPIP profile should not be assigned to
  applications binding to port 0.

  A port reservation exists for a UDP
  port.  When searching for a free UDP
  port, the list of port reservations is
  not correctly searched.  A reserved port
  can be assigned as an ephemeral port.
  

Problem conclusion

• EZBUDWTE is updated to correctly search the port
  reservations for UDP ports.
