Error description

• RAAz 6.1.0.4 scanning IMS V13 ACBLIBS in LIU 2.2 environment
  causes these issues:
  
  1. dmhdbds.c doesn't handle DDn when the value is set to 8 null
  bytes rather a name.
  2.  dmhdbds.c mishandles DDn parameters that have a value
  containing DD.
  3.  dmhdbds.c outputs a blank parent for a DSEG imports
  statement where the source SEGM statement was missing PARENT=0
  .
  
  
  Scanning IMS DBDs and PSBs seems to work correctly.

Problem summary

• Output from IMS LIU 2.2 mishandles DDn parameters and sometimes
  0C4 abends when PARENT=0 is missing from SEGM statement.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected DMHDBDS to default the DDn parameter and PARENT
  values.
