Error description

• Successive 'update' commands run quickly will randomly fail
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Script the following steps:
  a. Copy an old baseline
  b. Update the project
  c. Place files into a work area and sync the project.
  d. Delete the project
  
  2. Run the script in a loop with a 10 minute break between each
  loop.
  
  
  Expected Results:
  
  Script and commands within should run normally.
  
  
  Actual Results:
  
  At random intervals, the update command will fail with the
  following error:

  15:06:55 Serious
  15:06:55 Update failed.
  
  The log files will contain the following error:
