PI17729: Layoutsorting in Cognos BI list report gives different results under Informix Dynamic Query Mode (DQM)

Error description

• IBM Cognos 10.2.1 list report sorting is different from same
  report under Compatible Query Mode (CQM). Seems that records
  which contain empty values in sorted fields are placed at the
  end of value series. Under CQM they are placed on start of the
  series. Also odd records with no values for sorted columns was
  placed in middle of the list.
