APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Client is on Cognos TM1 10.2 FP1 and Insight 10.2.1 FP1. They
    would like to connect to TM1 by launching Cognos Insight and
    hitting the "Connect to IBM Cognos TM1" button.??If they have 2
    different TM1 servers listed in the fpmpsvc_config.xml file and
    they are not an admin on the first TM1 server listed in the
    file, it does not let them connect to TM1. It provides an error
    saying you do not have the necessary permissions to connect.
    They are an admin on the second server listed though. ??However,
    if I switch the server names within the config file, they are
    able to connect to TM1.
