Error description

CQ Web out of memory errors can occur in a multisite environment
when displaying the name of reference fields in choice list
queries.  The fix for PI05752 to improve buffer allocations for
choice list queries in a multsite environment needs to be
expanded to include references other than just users or groups.

A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.14, 8.0.0.11 and 8.0.1.4.
ClearQuest Web out of memory errors should happen less often in
