Error description

• To reproduce:
  
  In the Lifecycle Editor, edit any dialog to change the webtype
  of an existing attribute of type CCM_EXTENDED_TEXT to any other
  type, for example CCM_TEXT, and the following warning is
  displayed as expected:
  
  CRCHG1479W Changing the Web Type might not show the data in
  correct format
  
  However, if you chose to ignore the warning and click 'Update'
  anyway, the new webtype is not saved.
  
  This is done by design in order that the existing attributes in
  the extended text format continue to be displayed correctly.
  However, the warning message does not make that clear, and if
  the Administrator is prepared to accept the risk, s/he should be
  allowed to save the change anyway.
