APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Unpacking a Synergy 7.1 database in Synergy 7.2 takes close to 4
  hours to get an unpack to work for a rather small database (cpk
  file is 966mb), the bulk of the time is spent doing the
  following:
  
  Updating to 7.2 schema for IBM Rational Synergy database
  'AR_DEV@SYDEV2'...
  Updating schema from 7.2 database.
  Expand the content of strval in the attrib table...
  
  My concern is that I'm timing this process on our DEV server
  which is far less taxed than our production server and we have
  some real large databases that may take a very long time to
  upgrade.
