Error description
Dump Title: DB3G,ABND=04E-00C90101,U=LSOII3AA,M=C9 ,C=101.DMC -DSNIISRT,M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNIDM .DSNISMRS:5003 After REORG PART on a partitioned tablespace with non-partitioned cluster index, INSERT into the tablespace may get ABEND04E RC00C90101 DSNISMRS:5003. It happens because REORG PART may leave some old RIDs in the specified parts as pseudo deleted RIDs due to performnce reason. Those old RIDs may be bigger than the high used RBA after the REORG. INSERT refers that old RID to decide the candidate page, then issues ABEND04E RC00C90101 DSNISMRS:5003 because the page is out of range. INSERT shouldn't refer pseudo deleted RID to decide the candidate page if the cluster index is non-partitioned and on a partitioned tablespace.

While inserting data to table, the clustering, non-partitioned secondary index (NPI) was used to position on a candidate page. Index Manager, using NPI, incorrectly positioned on a pseudo deleted rid and returned an invalid candidate page. This caused ABEND04E RC00C90101 DSNISMRS ERQUAL5003. Additional keywords: SQLINSERT SQLDELETE
Problem conclusion
Index manager has been updated so that the clustering, non-partitioned secondary index (NPI) does not position on a pseudo deleted rid and returns a valid candidate page.
