Error description

• When trying to export an application, you get a 500 error in the
  Browser or the Browser is blank.   In the log file, you have the
  following NullPointerException:

  This is caused by an application that contains an application
  process that contains no steps.
  

Local fix

• Either remove the application process or include some steps in
  the application process.
