PI15522: WMQ V7.1 - GARBAGE DATA IS ADDED ON TOP OF A PUBLISHED MESSAGE THAT IS PUT TO THE DLQ, BECAUSE THE SUBSCRIBER QUEUE IS FULL.

Error description

• 428 bytes of garbage data is added in front of the message when
  a published message is put to the dead letter queue, because
  its destination queue is full .

  When publishing a message, an attempt was made to deliver the
  publication message to a remote queue, however the message could
  not be put to the associated transmission queue and was put to
  the dead letter queue instead.
  During the attempt to put to the transmission queue, a
  transmission queue header (XQH) was added to the message, and
  during the subsequent put to the dead letter queue, this header
  was incorrectly included in the message. By this time the
  storage that previously contained the XQH had been reused,
  resulting in 428 bytes of invalid data being prepended to the
  message on the dead letter queue.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMDLQP is changed to omit the XQH segment when putting the
  failed publication message to the dead letter queue.
