Error description

  • Abstract:

Attempts to open a XHTML file Page Designer results in some
characters being incorrectly rendered because the encoding of a
ISO-8859-1 file, for example, is rendered as UTF-8.

Error Description:

Incorrectly rendered characters may appear in the Page Designer
view such as German umlauts.  For more technical information on

WORKAROUND:

There is no known workaround at this time as this particular
default encoding cannot be changed.
