Error description

Open an attachment from within a defect on ClearQuest Web Client
8.0.1.2, a new browser window is opened along with the
attachment.  Normal behavior in the CQ 7.1.2.4 release is that
the new browser window opened & then immediately closed.  In
8.0.1.2, this does not occur, instead the browser window remains
open, and the user must manually close it.

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.14 and 8.0.1.7.
When opening an attachment in ClearQuest Web, there is no longer
a new window opened.
