Error description

• To recreate this:
  
  1) Create an environment.  Select the gray color that closely
  matches the color of the twistie normally seen to the left of
  the environment name once create.
  
  RESULT:
  
  Because of the gray background color, it is hard to see the
  twistie which can cause some people to not know they can expand
  the environment to see the components.
  

Local fix

• There is no known workaround at this time
