Error description

• A logical unload (SELECT ... OUTDDN) might produce
  * an incorrect output (incorrout) or
  * fail with an ABENDS0C4-11 in INZSTI00
  
  if the following four conditions apply:
     - the maintenance for PI07692 (PB12070) has been applied
     - all the varchar columns of the table are gathered at the
       end of the record
     - the table space that contains the table to be unloaded
       is in RRF format
     - the DSNTIAUL format is requested
     - the SELECT statement specifies a sequence of
       not nullable CHAR and/or VARCHAR coloumns

Local fix

• Allocate the FORCEBRF ddname in the DB2 HPU step (can be
  allocated to a DUMMY file).
