PI14851: UNABLE TO VIEW CHARTS INLINE WITH EMAIL IN HTML FORMAT WHEN SENDING TO GMAIL OR YAHOO

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Reports that are setup to run and send emails to users as
  embedded HTML are not rendered correctly when the recipient uses
  Gmail or Yahoo. The chart image is attached while the rest of
  the report is displayed inline with the email. The issue does
  not happen with Microsoft Outlook Live, Microsoft Hotmail, or
  IBM Lotus Notes
