PI14847: Slower performance in IBM Cognos TM1 report execution after upgrading

Error description

• Certain reports created against TM1 data sources will execute
  much slower after upgrading to 10.2.1 FP1. The BiBus process
  uses considerably more memory while executing the report in
  10.2.1 FP1 when compared to 10.1.1 FP1.
