Content Manager failover from Primary to Stand-By results in poor application response times and performance degradation during: - Login Signon Page - Navigation between public folders The signon to the Standby Content Manager until the splash welcome page on Cognos Connection takes approximately 5 minutes, while navigation to folders takes 2-3 minutes to respond.
