Error description

• Abend0C4 at WMQ CSECT CSQWDHPP+C40 at base level HMS7010 on an
  MVCP instruction.
  The MVCP instruction is part of a loop that tries to move more
  data that have been obtained, hence the abend.
  This is due to an incorrect length being calculated in module
  CSQWDCBF (Apar level PM84066).
