PI14082: Data Manager bulk copy via API not working with Sybase unicode data

Error description

• When trying to use Data Manager bulk copy via API option for
  Sybase unicode enable data (Japanese and kanji characters), the
  data is getting scrambled and Data Manager is not able to handle
  sybase unicode data with both ODBC or client connections.
