Error description

• 8.5 model loaded in 9001 - MISSING PROFILE VERSION ERROR
  The profile error is a defect. There is a problem with SoaML
  profile released in 9001 which causes migration issues. This is
  the state of migration as of now:
  
  1. 8.5 model loaded in 90 - WORKS FINE
  2. 8.5 model loaded in 9001 - MISSING PROFILE VERSION ERROR
  3. 8.5 model loaded in 90, saved, and then in 9001 - WORKS FINE

  Service modeling profile in 9.0.0.1 has a missing version of
  131. As a result when a model in 8.5 is migrated to 9.0.0.1
  directly, the profile migration does not happen properly and
  service modeling profile gets broken.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the service modeling profile that was missing the
  version 131 so that migration of models between different
  versions of the product happen as expected.
