Error description

• After upgrading from Cognos 8.4 to Cognos 10.2 hyperlinks with
  URLs convert (exlamation marks) ! to (underscores) _ when
  exporting to Excel 2007.?This causes an issue when using the
  URLs to navigate though the Excel output.?Hyperlink Button ->
  URL Source->URL is formatted in FM as Page!Cell (Page2!A1)??URLs
  with http:// or file:/// etc will not convert the character.
