Error description

• Attempts to run the udclient result in displaying a JSON
  representation with garbled characters if any
  DoubleByteCharacters are used in the resource, component,
  application, or directory.
  
  For example, a component name consists of DBCS, and
  run the following udclient command:
   udclient -weburl https://udeployserver:port -authtoken "the
  actual auth token string" -v getComponents
  The output of a JSONArray representation of all component
  contains garbled component name.
