  * Worklight developers that use multiple adapters of the same  *
  * type                                                         *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * When mulitple adapters of the same type are deployed,        *
  * removing one of the adapters would cause all the other       *
  * deployed adapters of the same type to malfunction.           *
  *                                                              *
  * One of the triggering scenario is as follows:                *
  *                                                              *
  * 1. deploy http adapter 'A'                                   *
  * 2. ensure invoke procedure of adapter 'A' is functioning -   *
  * this can be tested by application on device or by simulating *
  * the client (jmeter)                                          *
  * 3. deploy http adapter 'B'                                   *
  * 4. procedure invocation should not be lost yet               *
  * 5. delete adapter 'B'                                        *
  * 6. invoke procedure ability is now lost with null            *
  *                                                              *
  * And the following mesage is received.                        *

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been fixed by adding proper checking during
  deletion of one adapter so that the deletion doesn't remove
  rersources needed by other adapters of the same type.
