APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using IBM Rational Change 5.3.0.6 and creating a new task a
  popup window appears 'Calendar Widget not found' and the
  calendar icon next to the attribute 'Estimated Completion Date'
  is not displayed.
  
  This is an intermittent issue and if browser is refreshed it
  will eventually work ok.
