Error description

• IGZXCKP is called when the RERUN I/O clause has been specified.
  The Wcode op of 'CUP' to rerun routine IGZXCKP has parms=1 and
  should have parms=2.
  
  This results in the following errors:
  "Error: Stack should be empty but has 1 value."
  
  Assertion failed at WCode/WCodeIlGenerator.cpp:1302:
  _stack.size() == (_blk_stack.isEmpty() ? 0 :
  _blk_stack.top()->_size)  Stack is not empty after branch

  For the RERUN clause the compiler generates code to call a
  runtime library routine with one parameter, but the runtime
  routine expects two parameters.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was modified to pass the two parameters that the
  runtime routine is expecting.
