Error description

• Rational Developer for System z 8.5.1 - RDz - CARMA Endevor MVS
  Subproject  association does not change after element 'saved'
  into another Environment.
  - CARMA 'Extract To' is used to Retrieve element from Endevor
  "PROD" environment into new MVS Subproject.
  - After modifying and saving element in MVS Subproject (PDS),
  user "Adds" element (Team -> Add/Update in Endevor) back to
  Endevor "TEST" environment.
  - After successful ADD to "TEST" environment, MVS Subproject is
  still associated to "PROD".  When this occurs, client does not
  see 'Association Change Confirmation' pop-up.
  - This causes problems when performing subsequent requests on
  this element.

  contains duplicate stage ids that map to different stage names
  across environment/systems.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Endevor client expected that stage ids
  would be unique across environment/systems; however, the
  assumption is not true.
  The only workaround is to insure that the Endevor environment
  contains unique stage ids.
