Error description

• onReadyToSubscribe() is not invoked if the user logs out and
  then logs back into an Android application.
  
  On Android, if the application calls WL.Client.reloadApp() the
  application restarts and, after login, there are a series of
  messages displayed in LogCat. The
  WL.Client.Push.onReadyToSubscribe callback is not called, and
  attempts to use the Push API result in unpredictable behavior.
